It’s Time To Climb! Get ready for hiking those 14ers that abound in Colorado.
Join BoulderCentre’s Marc Monroe, CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) for an 8-Week Hiking /14er Group focusing on:
- Core Stability
- Strength Training
- Injury Prevention
- Optional Training Hikes on weekends, progressing from easy, to moderate, to 14,000 ft.!
DATE: Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Training Sessions to be Held at BoulderCentre For Orthopedics 4740 Pearl Parkway, Boulder Colorado
When training is completed, we will test out skills on some nearby 14K mountains.
The sessions will be approximately 60 minutes and heavy on cardio, leg strength, and core strength.
Sessions will be held Monday and Wednesday afternoons at 6:00 p.m., from June 21st through August 16th. In addition, Marc will lead some progressively more difficult hikes on weekends. These hikes will be completely optional and self-supported outings. Times and locations to be determined.
